Review content:
I went to BrightNow Dental for a cleaning. They recommended that I do deep cleaning. After the cleaning the dentist came to do an exam. He recommended that I need 4 crowns (each $400+) and this was mid to end of September. So I told him that starting Oct 4th, I would have a secondary insurance, so it would be easier on me financially. To which he said to me, ""its not my teeth, but yours and you will be the one in pain"", and then something happened, he went and talked to the person who does the billings and she comes to me and says the crown would cost me just $100. I am not sure how that could be possible, but that was very unprofessional! I couldn't believe I was hearing this. When I agreed to that price, and was in next day, and numb for the procedure, he said to me: ""This will take 30 mins or 2 hours, depending on how you are"", and when I asked him ""why two hours?"" he just got offended and was rude and brash to me, and wanted me to sign some waiver forms, and was just very nasty. I almost broke into tears, and when I wanted to be excused for a few mins, when I got back he refused to do the procedure. His name is Dr. Emmons and I would recommend people to stay away from him and their office. I am not sure how they could bargain on a price of the crown!!!!!
