I just returned home from a 3 night stay at this hotel and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! As a 28 y/o female traveling alone I felt very safe; there was desk staff 24/7, a chain lock on the door, and a deadbolt, also onsite staff monitoring the hallways routinely. My room had a mini fridge and microwave which was a huge plus for me. Housekeeping made my bed and emptied the trash daily. They also left fresh towels daily. I was really pleased by the cleanliness of the room in general, no mystery hairs on the bed or in the shower. The staff was very accommodating. My fiance paid me a surprise visit, and when he got off the turnpike his GPS conked out and the front desk attendant Google mapped him directions. Really, very pleased and no complaints. I'm looking forward to my next business trip! Staff definitely went above and beyond!
