When buying a 96 Beretta from these people they advertized it was (ItALIAN) made not to mention other wrong information and when gun finally got to my FFL it was stamped mad in USA. I called and told them my problem and the gun being Italian made in USA was a problem as it was advertized Italy. they connected me with a so called manager named Tom Wilkenson who turned out to be a very rude, ignorant, egotistical, self absorbed, miscreant, nuff said. When I asked why the false advertisement he seemed very unconcerned and I asked where is the italian pistol he said ""In Italy"" My response was not very nice. This village idiot is in no way a asset to this business, although he is part of that word. Managment is not well served with him. He should be doing something besides dealing with the public. Whoever the owner of this Co. is he should take a good long or maybe short look at him, he is not helping you in any way. By the way, listen to the recording of this conversation then make your own decision. Very unhappy customer, I wouldnt deal with you people if I had another lifetime after this one.
