My daughter had an accident which she rear ended someone. The police and fire department came and as this was her first accident she had ever been in, she was very upset and stressed out, frightened. A lady driver came to the wreck and got our car out of the road, but pulled over into a parking lot and took time out with my daughter to comfort her and assure her that everything was going to be alright. My first thought when my baby called me was that I was not being told everything, I heard the fear in her voice. I couldn't get there fast enough. When I arrived, my daughter and the other person involved were unhurt, that was all I cared about. But because that driver stayed a few extra minutes to comfort my child and remind her it was more important that nobody got hurt and that damage to a car, which could be fixed or replaced, was something that could be dealt with. That her mother would be relieved when I knew my baby was alright, that was the important thing and she was right. My daughter was calmed down and not afraid of what I would do when I arrived. I grabbed my child and held her, then we left to go home. That's when my daughter told me what this lady driver did for her. I am grateful and will always call City Auto Towing and have told my friends and family to do so. When they put this care and understanding into their work I know I can rely on them. Over and above is all I can say. They not only took care of my car, but my daughter too.
