Fabulous little Italian hole in the wall! We arrived on a Sat night and were greeted by the chef! We were seated promptly ? even without reservations ? which I would recommend. More popular since the last reviewers went! We didn?t get much of the ambiance since we were seated near the door but it was very cute and homey. (Did I mention to make reservations!). We were with another couple and were ready for some yummy Italian, and we were not disappointed! We started with the fried artichoke dish with a cream sauce that was to die for! Their wines were on sale ? well their previous year?s stock. That was a treat! Now that my palette is expanding I enjoy having some wine with dinner out! For dinner I went with the Eggplant Parm which was really really good! Sauce was excellent and since I come from an Italian household north of Boston ? good gravy is a sign of good food! The boys went with the Award Winning Snitzel. They both really liked it ? I took a taste and it was a bit too buttery for me! The last mean was the Veal Anjou which came with berries and bears and gorgonzola ? she liked it but would go with something else next time! Wait staff was excellent! When asked to assist with our choices she was honest and forthwith. My dilemma was pork medallions vs the eggplant and she said tonight was definitely a night for eggplant! It was nice to get good info when eating! I would definitely go back! Pros: Food, Service, Options Cons: Limited seating
