Review content:
After mistakenly choosing an HMO provider instead of a PPO provider I was unfortunately assigned this shop as my dentist. The facility is short staffed and appeard to be overbooked for appointments. I wanted to schedule a routine cleaning and what I got was a quick scan once over, a few a-rays and afte 90 minutes of waiting to see the dentist, who did nothing more than the screener, I was handed a menu of things ""that needed attention"" and I could choose what I could afford to have done above and beyond what my plan paid. I have never had an experience like this at any dentist office in the past 40 years. After my routine cleaning, I will go back to my real dentist and apologize for choosing HMO instaed of PPO.
