Review content:
I definitely do not recommend this place. I was referred to them by Mobile RV repair to repair my refrigerator and the first thing they did before they even started working on the fridge was try to get tme to let them start servicing my motor home. Trying to steal customers from a business who was referring them I unethical I should have left right then.
The told me I needed coils replaces and after I dropped it off they called me back and recommended that I add two more fans to help keep the system cool. I was told that the additional fans would run off of a thermostat and would only come on when the system reached a high temperature.
When I got it back and parked it in my garage the fans ran continuously. They will run until it kills the motor home batteries. My wife and I called back several times questioning this and got a different story every time. After at least three times calling I asked to speak with the owner. He refused to talk with me and his wife told me to bring it in and he would fix it.
When I brought it in instead of fixing my unit he started yelling at me and telling me that Norcold who built the unit builds a sup par unit, Tom Johnson who sold it to me apparently took some of the parts out and that I must have disconnected my drain hose causing it to drip inside my fridge. He told me that the temp switch was operating properly and if my fans run in my garage where it was 38 degrees then they were working properly.
Not only did they not fix my problem but he insulted me and my wife? This place will never get another dime from me!
