I want to comment on how wonderful, helpful, caring, the office manager Kim is at Forest and Preston Office. She always works really hard to please me, and do what she can to work with my insurance and take care of all my needs. I really trust Kim, and I do know that when she suggests or tells me something it is because she cares and is telling the truth. Because of Kim, I would/will return to that office.
I also want to comment on how wonderful Dr. Dean, the periodontist is. She is so kind, caring, has good morals, ethics and I trust her very much. I would definitely refer anyone that needs periodontal work to go and see her. She even cared enough to call me the night of my surgery to see how I was doing. That really means a lot and you can tell she cares about her patients. The staff that works with her as well, are very friendly, patient and helpful. I was scared in my procedure, and they all calmed me down and did what they could to make me feel better. I do think these people should be recognized for their outstanding work.
