Curtis, the plumber from Long Island was prompt,knowledgeable,and polite He not only explained in detail everything he was going to be doing,but he was extremely patient with explaining what the problem seemed to be,as we had another company in 3 times in less than 40 days,we were understandably anxious. Curtis answered all our questions to our understanding. We called on a Sunday and he was there in a half in hour. He spent 3 hours to clear the out line to the sewer which had a major root problem. and explained what he was going to need to do and made sure we understood.Curtis went above and beyond in his customer service,he was professional,friendly and we would use no other Company after the great satisfaction we experienced with Curtis.I would personally suggest the Company,and if possible,Curtis to service as tonight is the first night we will sleep without checking on the basement,knowing we were in good hands and had total confidence in Curtis' work.I would recommend your company to anyone,they are certainly the best.Thank you,as Curtis is clearly experienced,for sending such an experienced plumber,with the customer service skills to match,
