Review content:
We had never used Rotor Rooter even though I remembered their commercial since childhood. After calling two local plumbers and going into their voicemail, we need a plumber as our lower level bathroom had water going onto the floor. I was truly amazed that within 20 minutes of the call to them, their serviceman arrived. he immediately put shoe covers on his shoes, went to the problem area, explained what was wrong and provided use with two estimates depending upon whether he could fix the switch in the pump or replace the entire pump. He was able to do the less costly repair, helped clean up the water and exploined what we should do in the future to minimize further problems. Very satisfied with his knowledge, cleanliness and honesty! John & Nancy Silvestro
