This morning after finding a back up in the basement bathroom with a retched smell that was what can i say, you can only imagine. It was quite gag sickening . I called Roto-Rooter on the advise of my neighbor . My phone call was immediately answered by a very helpful Chelsea, she had her guys over to us within a couple of hours . Tim was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable in quickly and effectively sorting out our nightmare of a problem. These days to find a decent plumber in Long Island and I speak from experience is quite hard to come by. Thanks to Roter-Rooter there experienced and helpful staff Pluming in Long Island is no longer a problem.
