I was pretty sure I accidentally flushed both my Engagement ring and Wedding ring down the toilet on Saturday. I was panicking. We called the local Roto-Rooter plumber here on Long Island, and Steve was at my house within an hour. He went above and beyond to help find the rings in the pipes. He used his camera to check underground in the pipes for 2 hours! He was always professional and sympathetic towards me. He tried his best, and even though we didn't find the rings, I was so appreciative of how hard he tried. I am heart broken & devastated, but I'm thankful that there are people who are willing to try their best. Thank you Steve! My husband & I are glad we met you. Thanks for trying so hard.
