Review content:
Terrible experience, will NEVER return. They advertise that they are open till 10pm and take their last patient 30 minutes before. My son hurt his leg to the point where he couldn't walk on it and was crying in terrible pain (which he doesn't normally do). We got to the urgent care at 9:25pm and the door was already locked. We knocked on the door for over 5 minutes and called. They finally came to the door and told me that they took their last patient early because they had a busy day. They refused to help my son who was in front of them in tears because his leg hurt so bad. They literally turned away a child in pain because they wanted to go home. What happened to taking an oath to help people. I am appauled and angered that they would turn away anyone in pain, but especially a child that is asking for their help. They didn't care and told me that I could come back tomorrow at 8am. Like that would help since my child would have to cry in pain all night. What a ridiculous suggestion. Again, I will NEVER return.
