in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful

Review content:
They seem warm and caring, but don't come late or they will not let your child attend. There is nothing in writing and they will say they told you so...but can you possibly remember that when you are learning the ropes?
This is definitely a sign that they care more about themselves then your child. Never mind that you paid in advance...either they are not business saavy or they just don't care either way your child loses!! Plus no matter what they will not help your child acclimate to the surroundings. Your child is on their own or you have to help or force them to help...you can't be there to help so you hope they do and they don't.
