Review content:
Went to the South loop location for both a battery and a tire repair. Got neither. On the phone they told me ""we're not even busy, we'll get you right in"". Sure enough there was only one other person and car there but it took 30 minutes for them just to look at my car while three employees gabbed in the main room. There appeared to be only one actual mechanic. After that I left and came back back 1.5 hrs later (they said it would be 30 minutes). The same 1 other customer was still there and looked irritated. They were just STARTING on my car. They then actually dropped and broke the new battery they were installing and announced they'd have to wait for the manager to return because the batteries were all locked up and he had the key (now why would THAT be?). They couldn't tell me how long that would take. I had them put my old battery back in (which fortunately still worked) and I got out there after 3 wasted hours. Don't even think about bothering with this place
