I had called for a ""Joe"" to come out for free estimate, we agreed on phone to 10 am this morning, well, he never called nor showed! At 10:45am, I called him, he said he had an on-site emergency, how about in an hour, he'd call when on way, and he did apologize. An hour later, he calls, gives me the old ""grandpa is in the hospital, how bout later tonight?"", I was fuming as I had said I was not available after 5pm and not until next week if not today, now stands at next week, the 17th in the a.m. I hope that wasn't true about his grandpa, I think it was a blow-off, by his attitute and voice. He made me feel awful by not even calling me nor confirming this appointment yesterday, as we made it a few days ago. I am about to cancel the estimate appointment anyway, as I am very angry at the way I was treated and that he ended up not showing up at all and I had wanted to get this ball rolling on estimates. Wasted my morning and I HAD TO FOLLOW UP WITH HIM!!! Most unprofessional...very unhappy!!!
