Review content:
Terrible! Before signing your child up to Fairy Tale (or any daycare) please ask if they've ever been reported to the Department of Children & Family Services. Our son has PDD which is a mild autism diagnosis and was treated with 1 on 1 services at Fairy Tale 3x a wk from a specialist at the May Institute, a renowned autism institute in MA. His specialist met with during the day and noticed countless times when the primary was out, which was every Friday, that the children where left unattended, screamed at by sub teachers, the specialist from the May Institute (a non-employee of the daycare) was even asked to watch the kids in the room while the sub teachers ""stepped out"".
Each time i was told about an incident i would speak with the director, primary teacher (who was great), and the sub teacher to air our frustrations. Finally the May Institute was forced to report them to DCF because nothing had changed. The saddest part of all was when I met with the head admin to tell her they had been reported she literally said nothing. I received a very angry call from the owner/director 2 wks later saying the claims in the report, which she admits to never seeing, were false (crazy, I know). Instead of taking steps to address the allegations they decided to defend their teachers and claim the May Institute was making everything up. Unfortunately for them my son also receives services 1x a wk from Boston Metro Early Intervention who concurred with the May Institutes accusations. Anyway we pulled our son from Fairy Tale and received a letter a wk later saying they conducted their own ""investigation"" and the allegations in the report, which they admit to NEVER SEEING were ""unfounded"". The banned the May Institute from providing services to children with an autism diagnosis.
100% True. 100% Unreal
