Review content:
I recently had a disrespectful and negative experience with at Think Personal. I had a very sentimental charm to be engraved for my friend's 50th birthday. Concerned about the holiday weekend, I specifically asked the owner, who was helping me at the time, if it would be ready by Friday (before the 4th of July weekend) and she said yes. I emphasized that I would pick it up on Friday because we were flying out of the area on Saturday for the party where I would present my girlfriend with the gift. When I arrived at Think Personal Friday morning, there was a sign on the door indicating that the shop would be closed for the Independence Day holiday and not open again until Monday 5th. When I called on Tuesday (when we returned) to discuss the matter with the owner, instead of apologizing, she yelled at me and said that she deserved the day off. She indignantly then asked what I wanted her to do about it and sarcastically suggested that I not pay for the engraving. I accepted her offer but that did not come close to satisfying what turned out to be a very big disappointment - not being able to see the happiness on my best friend's face when she opened this very sentimental gift. So if you need something delivered by Think Personal on time for a very special event, think twice about taking your gift to Think Personal to be engraved. Also, don't expect to be told the truth about when you can pick it up and don't expect to be treated respectfully or professionally if the owner is manning the shop. Pros: didn't have to pay for the privilege of being treated poorly Cons: disrespectful, unprofessional, rude
