I am a new patient to the Atlanta area and was looking for an OB GYN. I came across Life Cycle in Union City Ga and called right away to make an appointment. My appt was for 1:45pm and was told their appt are very strict and I will be seen on time. I came to the facility at 130pm. I signed all my paper work (wich included a page stating that they do not overbook their appt and pateints must be ontime or they will be subjected to a late fee or no show fee of $25.00). I finished all my paper work by 1:42pm. I sat there and waited till 2:50pm to start complaining bc I had to be at work. (along with another waiting patient). The receptionist advised me she was sorry and will call me shortly. Needless to say I did not get to the back untill 3pm. I had my blood pressure and weight checked and was sent to the room to see the doctor. I waited there another 20 mins. I left and spoke to the receptionist again because I explained to them I had to leave for work and could not wait around any longer, she appologized and told me they were realy backed up. I ended up waisting my time and still left without my check up. I am extremely dissapointed of the lack of professionalism, and the lies I was giving verbally and in writing. I can assure you that I will NEVER return to this establishment and seek another place for my business!!!!!!!!!!!!
