So I've been trying to get an appointment with Bright Now Dental in Brandon. When I looked up the number on-line it was immediately answered by the Bright Now operator. This woman takes care of all the offices in Florida. I ask to schedule an appointment with the Brandon Office and she says ""I'm sorry they're not available."" What? So I asked her what she meant and she couldn't answer me. So she says would you like me to leave them a message to call you back? "" Sure"" I said... That was a week ago.
Pros: none.
Cons: to many things!!
