I have used Minyard twice this past year---once they came to fix my AC last summer and the service person was able to diagnose the problem (a blown capacitor) right away. I had just had my AC worked on by someone else a week before and it had broken again. Minyard fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable fee. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I used them again this winter when my heater was malfunctioning. I had to cancel my appt 3 times due to my work schedule but they were cheerful about rescheduling the work and when they came they were again prompt and efficent and fixed the problem. My actual cost was about 50.00 less then they quoted me. They also offer a twice a year maintenance
