Businiess name:  European Auto Services
Review by:  Matt L.
Review content:
I was referred to European Auto (which seems to specialize in Volvos) a couple of years ago by a good tire shop (Radial Tire) down the street. Since then, I've been blown away by the service. John, the owner, is extremely friendly and personable, and really works to give you the best service possible while saving you enormous amounts of time, money and energy. I remember one time, when I was looking at used cars, I asked him to inspect and test-drive three cars I was looking at -- he must have spent at least an hour doing so, gave me his opinion, then refused to charge me. I can't say this is the rule -- I'd already gone to him a few times for work and I can't promise he wouldn't charge you -- but it's more reflective of his mentality, which is that he feels he'll make more money in the long run if he builds up a loyal customer base. European Auto is in a corner of an industrial park and is more than a little hard to find, but if you do find it, you'll be glad you did.
