Saved us from big problems! When we woke up one morning to find our toilet had ""burped"" all over the floor, Roto-Rooter came right out, determined the problem was outside the house, snaked the line with a camera and we were able to see the root-ball that has grown inside the city's main line that connected to ours. Within just a few hours we knew what the problem was and were able to safely use our water/sewer again. It as about as quick and painless as it gets and not nearly as costly as we had dreaded!
