Review content:
This guy Mike Lee is a con artist and a total fraud. Came over did not even open up the TV and said it was the color wheel or the lamp. Then he said it was the Ballast Board and he was 90 percent sure. Came back after a week with the part charging us 30 percent more for than on Amazon. We paid him anyway. The TV did not still start. He went back to the Color Wheel Theory I said I have an extra one can you try that. He said NO. I said you just said that is what it was, here is the part. He said he did not have time to diagnose the problem. Remember we had already paid the guy. Then he took the money and left leaving all the screws unscrewed in the back. He is rude, a rip off artist and a fraudster. I am going to complain to the BBB about Mike Lee and AlphaNet TV repair. Please save you money and don't get taken.
