Review content:
I love Restaurantdotcom. When you can figure out its quirky terms, it can really save you money. I always use it in town and when I travel. I usually Google the participating restaurants to get right to the reviews. I was concerned about the most recent reviews of Blackstone restaurant in Vinings regarding the 35%service charges to other coupon users. I confronted the restaurant management about this before even stepping foot in the restaurant. I guess not everyone understands that the Restaurantdotcom terms allow the restaurants to calculate a 20% service fee on the non-discounted bill amount before tax and add that to the discounted bill. To people that don't understand the process (that they subscribed to), this looks like a 35% service charge on the discounted bill, but it is not. I really believe that waiters and waitresses should not be penalized for a 50% discount off the original food bill that the restaurant offers. Blackstone did it right.
