Review content:
I want the general public of asheville to know of the personal experience I had using this law firm. First of all I have never met Mr. Young, nor do I want to, this review is about his associate, David Budd. I had very poor representation from this attorney. He was definatly not MY advocate. He worked closely with the state, in my case. I was led to believe a guilty plea(this was after I had paid him up front) was in my best interest. This was not true, I found out after court, the state could not have proved I was impaired. This resulted in a black mark on my driving record plus expenses.A complaint with the North Carolina State Bar,office of the council,is in progress.
