They harass me and call if the payment is even a day late..they called up to 6 times in a row. I got a few months behind due to loss of job and they repoed my car 4 days before i got money to pay everything and i didnt receive a notice in the mail about it until a week later. They screwed me out of money for storage by ignoring my calls friday when i was trying to get the car. made me pay for the weekend. monday she wont return my call or answer and i keep getting hung up on. They need to treat their customers better. THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BULLSH*T!
