I have to agree with the previous review . Horrible service . Fed - Ex could not find my house . When trying to contact them , there is no phone number available . I had to call Atlanta several times . Atlanta passed on my phone number and a correct address , still Newburgh posted on the tracking information "" can not locate address "" , waiting for more information from customer "" . Fed Ex Atlanta was not any better , I was told a case should have been open for me on my first call it never was . I finally got Customer Service Rep from the Atlanta office to follow up . She would not give me a phone number for the Newburgh Center but she contacted them and they did call me . After again giving them directions to my house the package was delivered 2 days later in a beat - up rental truck and a package that looked like it had been through a war . When Customer Service asks "" give me your phone number and I will have them call you if the can not find your home "" and then they never call , that is bad Customer Service .
