This is the first time I have ever written a review about a company, but I was so disrespected by Advanced Door Company that I felt it was worth writing. I was calling their office to request some information on their pricing and I was referred by a friend to speak with Jerry at Advanced Door because they seemed to have such a great experience with him. I really don't know how that is possible. I wanted to leave my name and number so that he could get back to me to discuss some of the pricing and other options available at Advanced Door Co. They do not have a website for that information, so the only other way to get it was to call and find out. No wonder they don't have a website and they remain a small company. They treat their customers horribly. I asked for Jerry and he wasn't in. I asked what a better time to reach him was and was planning on leaving my name and number when the receptionist hung up on me. I thought this was absolutely uncalled for. You know what they say, you have one bad experience and you are going to tell 100 people, you have one good experience and you might tell 10. I will bad mouth this company until the day I die for the way their receptionist spoke to me and finally hung up on me. Thanks for such a great experience (sarcasm) Advanced Door Company.
