I reserved a Budget Truck for February 2012 via Budget's website. A week or so after I did that I called to make sure that everything was going to be going as planned. I showed up the day I was going to pick up the truck only to find out that there was no truck or car trailer. This was the day before myself and my two children (4 and 1month old) were moving to Kentucky and had a schedule to keep. While the lady was very nice and trying to help by calling to each SecurCare location, no one had the truck or trailer that I had reserved over three weeks before hand. She told me to go down the road to Uhaul and see what their prices were going to be while she kept looking for my reserved truck and trailer. Uhaul ended up giving me the same price because of the issues that I had here. If you are trying to rent a truck or trailer, don't use Budget or SecurCare anywhere in OKC, horrible.
