Rude what more can you say!!! it was 2 days before my wedding and I still hadn't found my veil! I went there looking for one and they were soooooo rude I guess you had to buy your dress there (AND I AM SO GLAD I DIDNT DO THAT) for any respect or customer service! While I was there a bride left almost in tears cause Reni talked her mom into a dress that the Bride didnt even like!! she is veary pushy and rude! I would never go there again I am currently helping my sister in law look for her dress and I wont even stear her or any other Bride there!
