Worth a second try? Unfortunately, you can't turn back time to recapture the special occasion and give a second chance to the once in a lifetime moment. When it is gone, it is gone. The sales staff and the delivery staff were very friendly. However, that being said, on our special event day however-- the amount of food vs. money spent was very disappointing, food arrived late, cold, and the main entree smelled and tasted rancid, --- After only trying a few bites, it had to be thrown away and those that tried it were sick the rest of the evening. Everyone has a bad day in the kitchen now and then. Obviously I do more often than not, and that is why I hired them to cater this special event. However, even I know when something has gone bad and I certainly dont cook it to serve to people I wish they would have paid more attention and been more detail-minded as they claim. Given this was a special day...a day that cannot be re-lived ---- would I trust them again with a re-do??? no......... Guess I will just have to learn to cook...or get takeout!
