Purchased 4 tires, oil change, alignment, with a possible shock change depending on the price. Since it was a decent size purchase, around $1,200 I requested price match. They couldn't find the shocks so asked if I got the 6 month alignment and then changed the shocks, would it void the alignment. I was told it was fine. Problem 1: car started pulling to the left. Was told rotation would cure most of it and adding another couple hundred miles would break them in. Got it rotated, started pulling less- still driving the couple hundred. Problem 2: Car felt shaky after oil change. Dealer told me that the oil was probably not 5-20 which is required for cylinder deactivation on my V8. Took it back. I'm willing to cover part of it... charged me $20 bucks. PROBLEM 3: Got the shocks changed and went back for the warranty alignment. My sales person was not there anymore (fired). Was told it's going to cost $299 because the camber is not adjustable and would have to drill holes in the towers and install some bars that allows camber adjustment. I told him that was ridiculous because the car is within factor specs and camber is adjustable on my car. Called an hour later. The car was done. No charge because the camber was adjustable. Ok here is where the unfortunate experience begins when I ask to see the pre and post alignment sheet. Another person comes in (Per A) and here is the conversation: Per A: We don't give pre-post sheets. Me: You have provided pre-post sheets on previous occasions. Per A: We don't Me: So how do I know if the job was performed correctly when you first stated you required 1.5 hours and $299. But it was done one hour later. Put yourself in my shoes, wouldn't you ask for that? Per A: If you don't trust us, you shouldn't come here anymore (that was a fair comment)... Me: (I make a questioning expression and he makes a monkey face sarcastic expression back) I say, what da @#$@ that was not right. Per A: Don't come back anymore because you have been nothing but problems - you changed your shocks and want warranty alignment, you asked for the cheapest oil and your (*&#$(@* check engine light came on, you want a free alignment when it costs $299 for your Ram 1500 (screaming at me) Me: Is that how you treat your customers? Are you the manager? Per A: I'm the OWNER! Me: (Surprised I couldn't believe how he was treating me and stuttered a little). Per A: (insinuating sarcastically a stutter) are you an idiot that can't even speak? Me: You
