Review content:
I have attended Christian Sabbath Assembly for a very long time. The people are always friendly there and they treat you like family. By this, I really do mean family, not in a superficial way but in the true, genuine, way a family embraces one another. Services are on Saturdays, not Sundays, thus the name “Christian Sabbath”. The church would be formally classified “Messianic” if one were to place it in a denominational category. The services follow a normal format with opening prayers, a congregational hymn, adult bible study (called Torah study), worship service, and then a sermon. There is a nursery area that is supplied with audio feed so when mothers take their infants there, they don’t miss out on the services. There are also activities for my children during the time the adults are having their bible study. The bible study times are open and interactive. The study has a topic and everyone is encouraged to participate and express their thoughts and insights. It has been very helpful for me in learning the scripture, as well as seeing things through other people’s perspectives. I have visited many churches in the area and there is no congregation like this one.
