Review content:
I took my dog in for an examination and I was taken into a room with my pet. The vet came in for the exam, but when I started to ask questions about what was wrong he stopped me and said he would answer questions later. A tech came in and required that I make payment immediately. I made the payment but then was told what was wrong with my dog by the tech. I NEVER got to talk to the vet. He was too busy. It felt like it was money oriented only and I got a cold feeling from the staff. Is this treatment only for new patients or is this how they are normally. I found another vet and will never return. BTW my dog needed some meds. This place charged twice what the second vet charged for the same meds.
