If you are considering doing business with this company, stop in your tracks. My grandaughter sat for her pictures two (2) months in advance. All necessary payments were made and we even paid extra to have certain things done. When the pictures returned they had failed to provide the extra we paid for. The pictures were allegedly sent back to the lab for corrections. Again they came back without the extra lamination. Upon speaking with the manager, Janelle, we were guaranteed the pictures would be in within two (2) days. Our goal was to have the pictures back before my granddaughter's high school graduation, which was now four (4) days away. We are now getting concerned but not panicky ,so we spoke with Janelle, the manager again and were informed, they could not guarantee the pictures would arrive before the graduation date. This company fails to provide their product in a timely manner, fails to abide by their written contract, and will blatantly lie to you regarding their ability to produce. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND AGONY. GO ELSEWHERE. Our next communication with Prestige Portraits will be via our attorney. Will keep you posted.
