Well im sorry to say but the reception area is sometimes hard to deal with. The first time I called the receptionist, didnt get her name, she was quite rude. However, once I got there the techs and our vet were extremely helpful. I compared their prices to all of the other vet clinics in town and they were truly the only ones with resonable prices. BELIEVE ME...I had to go to another clinic for an emergency and spent way too much money compared to the prices I could get there. I think, because of the fact that they are the only ""affordable"" care around they end up getting overwhelmed. If you are a patient person, and can get over the fact that sometimes people may be overwhelmed, then I reccomend them.
