A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO I HAD TAKEN MY MALE CAT TO GET FIXED. I DROPPED HIM OFF ON A THURSDAY EVENING AND FRIDAY AFTERNOON THEY CALLED MY AND TOLD ME OOPS!! WE DECLAWED HIM BY ACCIDENT TOO! I WAS FURIOUS SO WHEN I PICK HIM THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY BROUGHT HIM TO ME IN HIS CRATE NOT BANDAGED STILL FULL OF BLOD ON HIS PAWS AND THE CRATE!!! I WAS SO UPSET AND ONE OF THE WOMEN WHO WORKED AT THE FRONT DESK TELLS ME ""MISS WE DO SO MANY SURGERIES A DAY WERE LIABLE TO MAKE ONE MISTAKE!!!! I TOLD HER I TRUST YOU WITH MY ANIMAL AND YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT!! THATS LIKE REMOVING ITS LEGS AND TELLING ME SORRY!!! WELL AFTER THAT I LIVED IN AN APARTMENT SO I HAD TOO SPEND MORE TIME & MONEY TO BUY SEPERATE LITTER AND TAKE HIM TO ANOTHER VET TO FIX THERE MISTAKE! MY HUSBAND CALLED THE VET AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE HE WAS AWARE OF THE HORRIBLE BUTCHERING AND UNCARING STAFF HE HAD. WELL HE HAD THE NERVE TOO TELL MY HUSBAND HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST TO GET YOU OFF MY BACK!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVER TAKE MY PETS TO THIS CLINIC!! ITS ALL ABOUT MONEY! AS FOR MY CAT HE HAS TOO BE TAKEN TOO THE VET QUITE OFTEN TO REMOVE THE NAIL THAT STILL GROWS DEFORMED IN HIS PAW EVERY SO OFTEN!!!! THE BEST PLASE TOO TAKE THIS FREDERICKSBURG ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!!
