Beware.... Rented a unit for a mere 3 months. Went to go pick up our items this weekend, and low and behold a rat had died in our unit. Now - even though we were told by the clerk that they have NEVER had a burglary, or an infestation - they declined any responsibility. I was referred over to thier operations manager - Bryan Wofford - who basically told me that they are not liable for this what so ever. My upholstery in my unit is now ruined - and if they are not responsible for keeping rats, insects etc. out - WHO IS?? What did I pay this ridiculous rental fee for?? I would steer well clear of this business if I were you. It is going to cost me THOUSANDS to replace the ruined upholstery.
