booked trip to Nashville 5/12 to 5/16- thru Priceline-something I WILL NEVER DO AGAIN-- was looking forward to historic Nashville & surrounding areas -- however, the weather decided to place Nashville on the national scene with horrendous floods, devastation and the unthinkable- death--other friends booked at another hotel -that hotel called to cancel the reservation stating that they would be closed to repair damages for 90 days--- your hotel Sheraton Music City location REFUSED to cancel my reservation because I booked thru priceline--reservations & your front desk stated they could not cancel-- referred me to priceline who stated that when they called the Sheraton were told that reservation stood as is--- I find this to be in very poor taste and unprofessional on your part--This was a state emergency -that alone should be enough to cancel--or you could have offered to rebook at a later date--- I wlll visit Nashville soon -however, I will not be at your hotel special rates or not-- I think Oprayland will be the place to stay-- no matter the cost at least there they offer consideration for their customers--- my word of mouth concerning the Sheration will not be positive Pros: none so far Cons: not at all professional
