Review content:
This service station is very poorly ran. I had them tow my wifes car for an issue that required a part. According to Dale, the part has come in wrong twice in two days. In the meantime, a family of four is down to one car, and who knows when the will actually get the right part. I called Dale to see what we could do about this and he said he would not do anything. I would have rather spent the extra money at a dealership and had my car back the next day.
Pros: They were open when I needed a tow
Cons: Very poor customer service
