I have managed and worked as a tech for Meineke store 728 Frederick, Md. on and off from 2006. In my opinion I have been dismissed because I would not let unethical, unsafe and uneducated repairs continue without saying anything. Daily the manager and owner sell rotors and calipers that in my 20 years? experience should never be replaced. Commonly, brake pads with 7/32 left ?depending on driving habits 4/32 could get you another year of use? are sold. If you?re ever sold a rotor ask for the old part, state you will take it to a safety inspector.
