I used Ulmer's for years, but as is often so true, we sometimes forget to be verbal when things are good. The service is excellent, but the best part is that you can trust them. They have never tried to sell me something I didn't need and I have always been able to believe what they tell me. The best example is when I had a terrible brake noise, took the car and told them to replace the brakes since I was sure it had been a long time since I had replaced them. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me, said there was dirt in the drums. They used their air pump to clean the brakes and told me I was good for another 20 or 30 thousand miles.
