Review content:
This is the only place in town that services grandfather clocks so they have a monopoly on the business and they can do what they want. You will notice even though the 5 star review down there is, after all, 5 stars, it STILL says ""It took a while to get my clock back."" So I am clueless how that earns them a 5 star review. A couple months ago we dropped off our clock. A few weeks ago we went in to check on our clock, to be told they were waiting for a part and they would call us in 2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago. I very sincerely hope they do a good job on it, because I never want to deal with them again. Very nice and polite staff, no complaints there, but slower than molasses in January for turn around time. I have a half a mind to collect up all the pieces and parts and take it elsewhere. Like Germany
