First let me say, I am the owner of Paul's Auto A/C Service. I have been in the Auto A/C business for 15 years and have been at my current location in Burleson since Nov. of 1993. I do quality work at a competitive price and do everything I can to ""Fix it right the first time"". When a problem does arise, I do all I can to work with my customers to ensure their satisfaction with my services. I have a very loyal customer base and can say that the majority of my business comes from word of mouth referrals and repeat business from past customers. It has always been my practice to tell my customers upon completion of their repairs, if they have any questions or problems, please contact me as soon as possible so I can quickly and efficiently resolve any issues. Unitl recently, I wasn't aware of any issues with my work. That all changed last week when I looked online and found 2 very negative reviews against my business.
