Review content:
Though their selection in marine livestock is not bad, their service is terrible. I have had 3 encounters with this store and all three were unpleasant. They neglect customers and cheat unknowledgeable aquarists. It took me 30 minutes to finally get service there, and when I got it, the owner asked me what do I want from him. After I asked for the items, he tried charging me $300 for a tiny rose anemone, which was not looking good either. I passed on the offer and left the first time. Second encounter was also unpleasant. I got overcharged for Aqua Medic Calcium reactor media almost double the price of other fish stores that I didn't want to drive to. Third time, however, was when I realized a few things about the owner. He is a greedy little money sucking machine. I brought in my Precision Marine Bullet 3 skimmer in great shape saying that it doesn't fit underneath my cabinet. I asked for a trade-equivalent. He was walking around long time looking for something to give me and finally found an old Red Sea Berlin Classic skimmer and then, using deceitful sales technique made me trade my skimmer for his. Bullet 3 costs over $500 new, where Berlin costs $170 new. I tried asking for a new one in exchange, he kept on going that it would be an unfair trade. That was the last time I went to that store. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE VISITING THAT PLACE, shop elsewhere, don't lose your money.
