I purchased 3 fish from the store and one died in less then 24 hours, the other 2 are still living. All fish stores I have ever been to have some sort of fish exchange policy in place for the death of a fish with in a certain time. I have been in the trade for 15+ years and this is the first I have ever heard about this. Do not waste your time with this store, I have put up with the horrible customer service and dealing with the very opinionated owner just on the sole fact that he had healthy quality fish but after having this happen there is no way I will ever go back to that store it is a complete waste of time. lastly the good reviews you read are from his friends so don't even waste your time reading those ones, I over heard him joking about how he has had his friend do this. I do not know how this place is still in business, Don't waste your time find some place your way better off trust me!
