I moved recently and needed a washer/dryer and a doggie door. I did my homework and purchased the appliances - by phone. When they were delivered, they came on time and were installed professionally. I also asked the people at Lowe's about doors and asked about cutting the door to accomodate a doggie door. Ron suggested their ""door man"" and he came out to my home, measured my door and sent two of his men to install on a very busy Monday, so my dogs would have access to their new backyard, while I started my new job on Tuesday. When the delivered door was the wrong size, they apologized, went back to Lowe's got the right door and started all over again! Very nice guys and really accomodating. I'm going back for any home item I will need, because the people at the Durant Lowe's will always steer me in the right direction. Thanks so much!
