Review content:
I went in to them for an oil change and tire rotation. A month later my son tried to do to my front brakes only to find one of the lug nuts cross threaded on the lug. I talked to the manager and his only response was since a ?non-professional? was working on it he was not responsible. I asked how that had anything to do with what my son found. He replied that they could do it for $30 plus parts. I don't understand how a company doesn't stand behind their mistakes. It was a good thing my son found it in his garage and not when I would be trying to change a tire on the side of the road. I'm 72, I would have been stranded and they still wouldn't have helped because a ""non-professional had touched it"". My biggest regret is buying the coupon book that brought me there. Not only do I have to pay to get my lug fixed, I don't want to go back there making the money I spent on the coupons a complete waste. I'm simply appalled at how the manager treated the situation and strongly encourage anyone to avoid them. If I could do no stars I would.
