On Wednesday May 4, 2011 I went into a Discount Tire in 22048 Eureka rd. Taylor, Mi 48180. I spoke to Ulysses Walker about my 2008 Grand Cherokee and he said that I could not, as a matter of law, purchase 2 tires only 4, after going back and forth with him I agreed, my total was almost 700.00.
I left my truck and immediately went on-line and contacted Belle Tire. They told me I could purchase as many tires as I like.
I immediately called Mr. Walker, and told him I was coming to pick the truck up. When I got there, all the tires were off and Mr. Walker asked how much Belle Tire charged and dropped the price by almost $200.00
I explained I was in Discount Tires last month for my daughter where I purchased four tires for her vehicle.
I have been a loyal customer for several years.
However, after this experience of lies and high-pressure sales that is now in question.
